My honest experience was more hassle than anything else. The service was poor most of the time. You can't get to the person you need to, they don't return calls and are very limited when responding to emails. I have to chase them if I wanted to know anything. I would advise other people not to use this company.

Not sure of the woman's name, but after being placed on hold twice by the same person, she picks up the phone and simply says date of accident. I asked her for a moment to switch screens back to the patient in question, and she says "come on, you need to have this ready." I told her I was on hold for 20 minutes, to bare with me 1 moment, she replied "well I am by myself. Luckily I could pick up the phone." For an office as large as it is, the conduct of the phone representative was less than adequate. In good conscience, I couldn't recommend the firm and we will avoid business dealings going forward.
Worst experience no compassion with the settlement department at all , I was lied to and talked about I was told I should be happy I was receiving money over the death of my 5 year old daughter who was killed by a taxi cab driver jumping the curb and when it was time to receive my checks I was asked to do a review on demand please dont use this law firm at all
