We had several bids to stain our basement. I wanted the cement stained but John said the floor was too rough/uneven and coated it first before staining. We were happy with the job and checked with John about best floor coverings/rugs to protect it. We followed his specifications to a tee. One of the areas has black lines from the rubber. I have been trying for over 7 months to have someone come out and tell us how to fix it. He did not show up 2 times then when I filed with BBB Christina did contact us. I have now called at least 5 times, sent her pics of the problem and once again, no help. Be aware of this

Terrible quality product and even worse customer service. We had to have our floor redone at least 3 times and still it looks awful. Now its chipping in a low traffic area. When we call to have someone come out they schedule a time and never show up. When we call to ask why no one showed up no one returns our call. This company is a waste of time and money. Just pay more for a company that actually knows how to do their job. If you go with XBoc you will definitely be sorry.

Bob I apologize for this. John mentioned he would call and I honestly thought he did. We are very busy and obviously not your concern sometimes things slip through the cracks. AVOID THIS COMPANY! John has resealed my patio before and it is in need again. It snowed the day he was scheduled, so we rescheduled a week later. It rained that time. John did not contact me after the second delay, so I called him. I left three voicemails over a few weeks to try to reschedule again and he never responded. After a few weeks, I reached Christina at X-Boc's office number. She was very pleasant and said she would call John immediately to reschedule me, and she promised to call me back "right away." She never called back. Even though I was a loyal repeat, repeat, customer, they couldn't even have the common courtesy to return a call. AVOID!
