We purchased a bench that arrived with no slats. It was ordered in April and we have called every month and spoke with 6 different people. It's been 6months since we purchased this bench and still no slats.Just the metal frame that haunts me. The worst company ever. Don't waste your time and money.

Horrible company. I bought a few of their resin flower pots and two quickly became deformed. They initially said me there was no warranty and then, after I told them I was going to complain to Home Depot, they agreed to send me replacement pots. BUT they never arrived. When I inquired about them, they never responded. A truly dishonest company.
