We apologize that you did not have a great experience with your recent visit. As for loaners, we do have some and those are used for guests who have warranty work being done on their vehicles. We do not provide loaners for oil changes. There are some stores in San Antonio who don't even have loaners so they are there and we provide them when the work being performed necesitates a loaner. We are sorry your car did not get washed. We are having some problems with the company that takes care of our details. The name of the company is Uniseal and they are having staffing problems. These are recent and if they cannot be corrected we will have to make some internal changes so we are hoping they can resolved them quickly. Thank you for your patience in the interim. service was bad ! They were suppose to do my oil change and my detailing and they only did the oil it keep in mind i made an appointment. i also had to pay for uber bc they no longer have car service. i was also there right when they open. it took them 25 mins to get to me, which im ok with but when i make an appointment have to waste money bc they told me the car was going to be there the whole day, again i was ok with that too! then they call me and say oh it wont get done. so yeah bad service

Can't even get a call back to schedule my recall on my pickup.they never answer the phone in service don't waste your time or money here not worth it go to another chevy dealer where they care for the safety of their chevy owners joke of a place.
