Hi Rey. Thank you for being Green Air Care customer. Please note, Furnace or A/C tune-up don't have to be done specifically during the season or before the season starts. Tune up should be done once a year, irrespective of the timing, just to ensure your system operates properly and all components have been checked. During the peak season, Green Air Care, like any other HVAC company does not do tune-up so we can take of the customers that have no A/C or heat at all. With thousands of customers, it would be practically impossible to do tune-ups and repairs all at once. Rest assured, if your system was down, we would be out there to repair your system to ensure you have A/C or heat working. Our priority is your comfort. Rest assure, we will take care of your system. I purchased AC and Furnace and was installed Nov 20,2020, No problem with installation. But when I called for AC tune up I got scheduled on May 31,2022 between 9-12 and around 11:30 I called to remind them that I am waiting but the lady said they cancelled my appointment due to their people has some emergency and ask me to reschedule it. I told her to schedule on the earliest possible and she said August 24th. I can't believe they pushed me almost 3 months from my appointment that they cancelled and summer is almost over on that time (for an AC tune up) They should find a way to schedule me on June because they cancelled my appointment not me. Bad customer service and I'm stuck.

Let me first clarify that I am not writing this spur of the moment and in anger. This happened in Dec 2021, more than a month back. I have had enough time to reflect. Here is the sequence of events 1. I got a coupon in the mail for a Furnace tune-up in November 2021. I called Green Air care and scheduled it for Dec 13th, 2021 2. A technician arrived, and I told him that the furnace was 14 years old and I planned to replace it during summer. So I wanted him to tune it and let me know if I have to fix anything so it will last this winter 3. He cleaned up the furnace and recommended replacing the humidifier and ignitor. He also mentioned the gas valve having an intermittent issue. He quoted close to $1,000 for Humidifier (Fan powered) and ignitor. I paid a 30% deposit 4. I was planning to leave town on Dec 22nd, and they said they could fix it on Dec 21st 5. On Dec 21st, the same technician showed up. He said he could not install a fan-powered humidifier as the power line is a foot away and would need an additional $150 to do that. But for the same price, he can install a bypass humidifier (which is cheaper the quoted). I let it go. I paid close to $1000 6. After installing the humidifier and ignitor, the technician was unable to get the furnace working. He tried several times and said the gas valve was not working. He tried to get it working, and after a couple of hours, he left. BTW, the furnace was working before the installation 7. It was already almost 5 PM, and the furnace will not work. It was 20 deg F, and the house was getting freezing 8. I called Green Air Care, and they would not provide a solution. They kept saying I needed a new furnace. But installing that may take time, and I was leaving town, leaving my daughter and dog at my home. So it was not a feasible option. 9. They also recommended buying a few space heaters for the night. They also suggested that I return those space heaters after the furnace is fixed (I felt that was slightly unethical) 10. The customer care manager was rude and kept telling me the gas valve breaking was coincidental and had nothing to do with the installation, even though it was hard to believe that I was willing to overlook that and get the furnace fixed asap. He said he could not promise when he could get someone to resolve the issue 11. I called a different vendor, and their technician came with a couple of space heaters so we could get through the night. He also promised that he would do his best to find the gas valve the next day. 12. As promised, he showed the next day morning replaced the gas valve, and got the furnace working
