I'm somewhat of a coffee aficionado, and walking into this establishment I ordered the French press for two, which was on their menu. The staff responded with, "I've never made that before." I then inquired if they had ever heard of a Chemex or Aeropress before? Their answer, "no." Okay, well I'll take two drip coffees then. Don't call yourself a coffee company if you can't train your staff on the different methods of coffee brewing. 2 stars because the drip coffee was actually decent.

Had high hopes for Lincoln Lane when viewing reviews and pictures online. Unfortunately the pictures are very misleading, appearing to only show you want they want to, hiding all the clutter and disarray in the longe area. Kind of a nightmare. All the seating was covered in filth and the store smelled of must. The barista seemed to have no idea to do their job and was completely unhelpful. Seemly unable to answer even the simplest questions we had. And completely unprompted told us that the building used to be an old strip club. I was sadly disappointed with the atmosphere and service. The only reason Im giving it 2 stars is for the work they do in the community which is amazing. Everything else was extremely unsatisfactory.
