My daughter received a soccer sweatshirt through this company. It was ordered to have her name on the back. It arrived without the name. I have tried calling to fix this as my daughter was very disappointed. It has been a week with no return call. I did eventually end up getting a hold of them and they were helpful in solving the issue. So I have updated my review to reflect this.

Ausco Design has been wonderful to work with! Jason is very easy going and very knowledgeable about their capabilities. My company asked for new designs for our company T-shirts and they knocked them out of the park! Came up with 2 fantastic designs that the employees all love. They are able to handle any of your business apparel needs!

Ausco has been super helpful with our school district's promotional products. They were so patience with adding and deleting options for staff and student apparel forms.
