Hired stone cutter and cement mixer. Booked for AM delivery but turned up in afternoon. Then got phone call asking me for codes off equipment as mix up with order. An hour later someone else turned up on job checking gear and swapped cables as been given wrong cables. Oil for cutter missed off order however this didnt matter as when started using it it didnt work. Couldnt take it back as bank holiday weekend so closed for 4 days so had to borrow one elsewhere. Rang today as due to collect today to explain issue with cutter to very rude guy on phone trying to say we had used wrong oil/petrol mix. Tried to explain it came full which we had paid for and we hadnt filled it but continued to be rude going on about how you can only use the brand name oil and they would know when they checked it. Clearly not listening when I kept saying it came with a full tank which we paid for ! Really arrogant guy ! Later got text to say collection booked. No one turned up for it after I have waited in all day. Rang again to ask if they were coming. Same rude guy just said no they arent collecting today . No apology, explained no one here all week so now had to arrange Saturday collection. Need to do something about the guy answering the phone, no customer service skills , rude and just no need. Clearly very unhappy in his work. My husband has come across him on the counter before and said he was the same then. Speaks to people like they are idiots. Definitely wont use again now
