Thanks for the advice. Too many negative comments. I'm not sure, but it appears that the so called professors are prejudice toward minorities who attend this school (but I could be wrong). You guys saved me lots of money.

I had taken this course several times and kept failing. I took this class with Mr Rashad Phillips who is a great instructor and made the material easy to understand and learn without the overload of information and great explanations without being dismissive or rude

My experience with Canopy has been incredible! While my pre-licensing class began pre-COVID-lockdown, the institute rearranged classes quickly enough where learning remotely was a cinch. And all of the instructors were extremely helpful in tutorials, support, or even simple email answers with no hesitation. Post-licensing has also provided some amazing instructors getting us ready for RE life. I do miss going the new Canopy building with beautiful classrooms and hope to reunite there with fellow REALTORS and Brokers in the very near future!

All about money. Other schools take time and help students. This school charge 60 dollars after hours if need help. They fly subjects knowing this course is a lot for people with lives. They say they too busy at timee to help. Choose another school willing to help and see students succeed. They charge way more and then charge more if fail test to take class again. A joke
