One thing about these people. They will give you one price over the phone. Then when you carry your vehicle they give you another price. They said they have the best price in town. 2 front windows and rear window $200.00. You got to be joking. It's alot of places in Rockymount is lesser then you.

Although my 35% tint job was nice, I was not pleased at all with the wait time. I dropped my car off at 9:30 am (opening time) and did not get a call to pick it up until 4:30 pm (1 hour before closing). We were told that the job would take only 3 hours, and it ended up taking 7 hours. A full workday. It's a car, it's not like I'm dropping off my dog or an unimportant item...... A car that I couldn't use for 7 hours and them not knowing what I had planned to do that day. We asked for some type of discount for the inconvenience and the manager said no and didn't apologize for it. You know how much you can handle before you schedule appointments. If you want your customers to have a fully satisfying customer service experience, you would hold off on cramming appointments if you don't have other workers in place to fulfill them. I dislike when businesses are all about the money and forgetting that they as well as the people that they serve, are humans who want superb treatment as well as superb products/services.
