I'd call these guys idiots but that would be an insult to idiots around the world. I wonder if they know how to tie their shoes. Don't waste your time with these morons. I filled out the on-line form twice, called umpteen times and spoke with a live person (finally) who schedule to have someone come to my home to service my broken vehicle. Surprise - the idiot did not show up. Called them and they put me on hold for 26 minutes and then hung up. These cowards won't answer my calls. Absolute bottom feeders.
My car suddenly began to over heat. I made it home, but it was inoperable. With two small kids, getting it towed and trying to get a rental car was challenge, so I looked up mobile mechanics. Warren answered and within two hours, he and Augusto were at my house. The found the problem within minutes, walked me through the process, showed me every step they were taking and then ran pressure tests to make sure the car was in working order. The the pressure test revealed the problem wasn't 100% solved, they set out to make sure it was. Warren was kind enough to speak with my husband (my in-house mechanic) so my husband could feel comfortable with the work being done. They were friendly, expeditious and thorough. I will be using them again in the future.
The owner Warren Epps is AMAZING. I've never trusted an auto mechanic more. I've had my 2008 G37 in there twice and both times he has "taken care" of me. I was in a horrible accident, long story short - Warren was able to explain to me how he was going to fix it and exactly what was damaged. Once he repaired the damage, he ran several tests to make sure it was working properly before I left his garage. Also, his prices were super reasonable ...I have not been this impressed with an automotive shop ever. Warren is trustworthy, honest and hardworking - if you want the job done right - look no further. My car came out in better condition than it was when I bought it. He takes the time to explain exactly what he is doing and why....and he does it in a way I actually understand. I would recommend him to anyone and am thankful I have a trusted mechanic to go to, if not just to ask for advice.
On Friday morning I called about a pre-purchase used car inspection at a dealership that's near Cabin John, and Warren quoted a reasonable price and said he could send someone around 1pm to inspect it. Around 3pm the dealership said that no had come yet, so I called Warren again to ask for an update. He seemed rushed, and said that the mechanic was delayed and that he meant to call me. Because I was planning to test drive the car on Sunday (today), I asked if he could send someone before then. He said that they could, but as of now they still haven't come to the dealership. Even though he said they were open 7 days a week, I haven't heard back from them after calling Saturday (yesterday) and today. I'm frustrated that they told me they could inspect the car when they're clearly too busy.
