This whole place made a rather run down appearance. In one of my friends bed someone had peed before and while sleeping in it, it all warmed up again, giving this distinctive smell to us. Gross. It wasnt until morning after, till we could find the bed to be the source of the smell. Too late to change rooms unfortunately. After complaining the next morning we were only given a 50$ voucher for breakfast which wasnt enough to cover for the costs at all. Dont get me started on the breakfast buffet. It wasnt filled up, and vegetarian options are a no no here too. The amount of single use plastic used here is a no to us too. There sure is a lack of quality standards in this place and in the cleaning routine particularly. Otherwise this review wouldnt have happend. Good luck finding another place!

Its one of the better hotel options in OC, but the bar is low in OC this place has a lot of wear and tear, dated, smelly. I wouldnt say rooms are filthy but its not sparkling clean either. The trash under my kitchenette sink wasnt emptied from the prior guest so I had a full trash can of diapers and beer cans.

Not a 5 Star but pretty good. Service was good, love that you are right on the beach. There is a restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Breakfast was good. About 10mins from boardwalk. Hotel clean and neat. Love the pool area and coffee shop right on the resort. The also have a spa abs a gym which is nice. This is my second stay here and I would definitely stay again. You cant beat the amenities thats available.

I wanted to love this hotel but its quality is not up to the standard it should be with such an expensive room rate. My room appeared clean but once I started to wipe things down, as I do at every hotel, it showed how unclean it was. Also, the repairs made to the rooms are of poor quality. House keeping was more busy talking in the halls or on their phones then they are with cleaning rooms. My room had a flosser left on top of the head board. In the morning I found what seems to be a German cockroach I the bathroom. View pictures to support my claims. Spoke with the manager Loren who did not seem phased and just said, " hope you stay again."
