So I'm rating the website more than the place itself. Looks all professional but found it worthless. I would like to know what they have before driving to the other side of town on a maybe. IF it's possible to do that, it sure isn't obvious

Emailed August 7th to inquire about purchasing and having a desk shipped to me sight unseen. No response so called back Friday August 12th. Was transferred to a very rude gentleman named Tom who said he was busy with customers and would call me back. 4 hours later still no return phone call so I called back. The desk I was inquiring about had been sold so Tom offered me a different desk. I asked him if I could purchase it over the phone and he said he would put a hold on the desk and email me the quote Monday the 15th. Still no quote still no desk. I will be taking my $400 to somebody who actually would like to make a sale. Apparently the business is doing so well they don't need my money. Should you decide to go here deal with anyone but Tom.
I was help today by a guy named Keith and he was very knowledgeable and professional with a lot of patient. Also Alex did an excellent job as well. Thank you
Furniture is great. But the lack of customer service is utterly pathetic. Call and leave a message and no call back or email response. This happened multiple times. Again, the furniture is fine this review is for the lack of customer service.
