They will settle from the liquid/gel form to a softer solid one within two weeks. During this time, we advise massaging the treated area as we mention this during the treatment , in the after-treatment form and on our website FAQs in the dermal filler page.

Not good experience as I was not told I would have to stay at home for 10 days after treatment. I was told it was a straight forward treatment!!! plus I was not given any info about what to do afterwards!!! Massaging etc Only when I rang the next day i was told what to do!!!! Disappointing!!!

This is not a review of the doctors who im sure are all great, but rather a review of the poor operations/customer service at cosmedocs/10 harley street. I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment and was directed to the third floor by the ground floor receptionist after he'd informed the clinic by telephone that i had arrived. I waited for a total of 45/50 minutes and after approaching the receptionist at cosmedocs to ask when id be seen, she insisted that my appointment was with the clinic upstairs. After id shown proof that i did indeed have an appointment at cosmedocs, she proceeded to tell me that the doctor had in fact left for the day and that i was late to the appointment. Clearly there was some type of miscommunication between the ground floor and third floor receptionist. The appointment was rescheduled for the following day but upon reflection i decided to cancel and was thankfully issued a refund for my deposit. The most frustrating thing about the exeperience was the complete indifference of the receptionist. Instead of insisting that she "cant deal with me as im for another clinic" she should have offered to look into the matter and apologised as soon as she'd realised what had happened. Although the exchange finally ended with a meagre apology, i was left disappointed and after much hesitation, decided to cancel the rescheduled appointment as i didnt want to risk experiencing further disorganisation. I was really looking forward to being treated here but ultimately felt anxious about what the outcome of having botox/dermal fillers after not having been treated in a welcoming manner.

These include age, depth and location of wrinkles (wrinkles over the eyebrows tend to be problematic), number of previous treatments and time between, skin type, expected results, eyebrow position, upper eyelid heaviness(before) as well as thickness of the muscle. First-time clients are given a standard calculated dose according to the above factors works well for 97-99% of clients. As we learn your muscle dynamics, the subsequent treatment dose and injection pattern are adjusted. Forming a relationship with your clinic is essential. Our London botox clinic performs thousands of wrinkle treatments per year and trains physicians from around the world. Despite all the experience, there is always a small risk of under or over-dosing. I had botox with Dr. Haq for the first time at Cosmedocs. The injection was not painfull but to be honest, I am not happy with the result of treatment. He injected too much to my forehead, so I have an eyelid droop in both eyes and it is worse in my right eye. I cannot move any muscle and it is quite weird that I have no mimic in my face, so it is disaapointing. He promised me that next time he will inject less but I am not sure if I want to try it next time. I also had a follow-up appointment with him after two weeks, and he made further injections near my eyes and guaranteed me that this will help to reduce the eyelid drop but nothing changed at all.
