If I could give it less than one star, I would. The customer service here is atrocious! The office staff are all too busy doing who knows what to help anyone, no one can bother to answer the phone, they dont stay open during their regular business hours, and they dont return phone calls. I hope you never have an actual emergency and need them!
I was Dr. Breeden's patient from his old clinic and followed him to Multnomah Vision Clinic. My first exam there was with Dr. Beattie, and it was fine. But I called Multnomah Vision Clinic on December 27th to ask them to expedite an order of my contacts because I'm leaving the country for work on January 5th. I should have ordered earlier, but I was distracted by a sudden, tragic death in my family. All the receptionist could say is that they couldn't guarantee I would get them in time. I suggested that they call the contact company and ask them to expedite shipment, for which I would pay the extra costs, but the receptionists (one consulted with another one) refused. They said they didn't do that. The same day, I went back to Dr. Breeden's old clinic (Visionworks in Beaverton) and asked them to help me. Even though I was no longer a patient there, they called the contact company, I paid for expedited shipping and the contacts arrived at my door the next day. It's clear that the Multnomah Vision Clinic doesn't need or care about me as a patient. I will never be going back there.
Friendly optometrist office in the heart of the village! My appointment was efficient and painless, and Dr. Breeden answered all of my questions clearly. Very glad I gave them shot - I'll be back.
I am stunned. Honestly stunned. I called here to set up a new patient exam. I felt the need to try to be proactive as I was having a current issue. My first attempt nobody answered. No big deal, and I called back. I was hung up on and then texted that they would call me right back. They never did. I called again and left a voicemail. Nobody called me back. I used their online appointment request. Nobody contacted me. Finally, I sent a personal email explaining this was my experience hoping the owner would contact me. I never heard back. I hesitated writing this review thinking someone would get in touch with me, but it has been made abundantly clear they want nothing to do with my business.
