Sasha, we spoke with you and invited you to come in and fix your nails as we are not sure how they could peel off in one day. The offer still stands so please let us know. Likely a misunderstanding as our nail techs are not students.

Went yesterday with partner and friend.. and all our polish already prepping off.. and the tech told one of us they're students. Not cool. We paid about 50 each. Never again!
Hi Anna, I am so sorry your experience was subpar. We would have appreciated a chance to fix your experience instead of a review as we asked a few times how your experience was. We are always looking to improve and will take your feedback seriously, just as a small business this review does not help. An honest conversation while there, could have fixed a lot as we would have been able to make sure you were more comfortable. We would have appreciated a chance to fix it as you know we are still trying to work through the kinks. We are happy to fix your nails as well complimentary. Just let us know when you would like to come in.

I really dont like to go against the grain here but I dont want other people to be disappointed. I went in for a naked pedicure and crush mani with my Mom this past Saturday. Granted, this place has opened recently and obviously weekends are going to be busy so definitely take this review with that in mind. The place overall is nice - its very clean and a relaxing environment. The sanitary tubs for the bake pedicures makes sense in terms of cleanliness! But in terms of comfort, felt like we were sliding all over the place (almost humorously, although we both agreed we would never want to be in that position for a pedicure again). Also the chair are just odd, no massage and again swivel-y? Its just a really strange set up - any additional comforts were add-one which reminds me of how many times the woman I was working with offered add-ons at a cost. Im unsure how many people go for add-ons during services but I pre-selected things for a reason when I booked so this just became a bit of a nuisance. On to the treatments - we were there for I believe just under 3 hours. Which is a bit well, insane to be honest. My mom was done 45 minutes prior to me which I felt super bad about - thats a long time to be just waiting! We were supposed to have the massage add-on for the naked pedicure (which was forgotten; refunded which thank you!), but for the price we paid Im not even sure how much was done on our feet beyond cutting the nails then painting them. Pretty sure we had some sort of scrubber but felt like it was just run over our feet haha, it really was probably the most passive pedicure Ive had. Crush manicure was honestly not much better - granted if this polish is the magic that she was chatting about then awesome, I hope it lasts and works! But beyond that all that happened is I was kind of just chattered at for ~ 3 hours and didnt really feel any sense of relax/happiness - just kind of left with my nails painted. Which again, great - but a bunch of them on the manicure portion are already bubbling and that happened a few hours after I left. And.. to be honest, the quality of the nail painting I think is something that Ive done better on myself. Im honestly just overall really disappointed with the manicure - it really felt like I was just getting chatted at by the woman working with me enough that it was distracting and I dont think the application process was done the best is could have been. Augh - just overall disappointed - again, get that yall just opened and youre all settling in but just wanted to give an honest review. I really hope you all succeed, it is a nice spa and everyone seems invested in making it work - I just think from a customer standpoint theres a lot of room for improvement.
What a beautiful spot to get your nails done!! The service was fantastic and the boutique is so adorable. Tracy did my pedicure and her message was epic. She was so friendly and we had a great time chatting. Def visit Crush!
Hi Sarah, we did issue you the refund and I feel we did the right thing. Our people are experienced but not perfect. We want every client to leave happy even if it takes a couple of tries. As I always say, its not about how you mess us (we all do, we are human), it's about how you fix it. Hope to see you again!

Unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience at this salon. They have so many colors in gel, I was super excited about this. The salon itself is so cute, very vibey. Once I sat down, the nail tech started working on my nails and started to make comments and ask me uncomfortable questions basically judging my nails? She asked me if my job involves working with my hands a lot as she was picking at my cuticle's - no? I work from home on a laptop all day lol. She then asked me if I bite my nails - I also don't do that so I'm not sure why she was asking me these kinds of questions considering my nails weren't in horrible shape...she did make it feel like they were which I found pretty unprofessional. Moving on, I noticed two of my nails didn't have the polish applied properly and had a lot of bubbles - I asked her to fix that for me and she proceeded to blame it on my nails texture and how no matter how many times she fixes it for me, it's gonna look like that. I asked her to still try and fix it for me - she did so but her attitude definitely did change throughout the rest of the service - again unprofessional. I realized the polish was getting on the sides of my nails on the skin - I told her this and she said "Yeah this nail polish is just so watery!" Of course, I complained about this with a few back and forth emails, the owner kindly gave me a refund and I will be honest, I was not willing to try them again or take a gift card - I did have to go in to get the refund though. Note - my manicure was a little more pricey than a typical gel manicure and I understand it is because of the organic products they use but IMO, not worth the $45 + the tip(which I still gave the nail tech even after all the attitude and unprofessionalism I received.) I really wish I had positive feedback to share as this is a new salon and I wish them nothing but success but this was probably one of my worst experiences. The polish was applied so poorly and the nail tech was unprofessional - my feedback for this salon is to hire experienced nail tech's or train them more properly on these new products they are using. This salon has so much potential - I really hope they take the negative feedback and use it to become more successful!
