Beware they will charge you!!! They are a scam!!!! I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. In addition to being over charged for rent ( my unit paid hundreds of more dollars then the identical adjourning unit. During my 12 month lease I was also subject to multiple uncomfortable and unresolved issues because of Polaris Property Management, issues such as shower leaks, locks without available keys, stolen packages from porch, malfunctioning sinks & toilets, constant construction happening in the area. You name it, I experience it over the last year. Despite these issues I was happy to move forward and chalk the year up as a lost but upon moving out I was notified that I would be charged 233 dollars for carpet cleaning that I had already paid for during move out, 400 dollars for house cleaning despite the house being clean. The most ghastly of all charges was 1000 dollars for a new oven! I lived in the place for one year and cooked 3-4 times a week tops and used the stove regularly, but I was a victim of a Scam because they are charging me for a stove that was completely functional. I personally purchased a oven unit for a family member and I know there isn't a single standard electric stove over the price of $700. Again, do not work with Polaris Property Management.. they will mis-advertise, scam, and steal. They are not a honest group of people and I would suggest you stay far away.

Perhaps you have the incorrect company tagged in your post as there are different companies in the country with this same Polaris name, none of which are associated with our company which operates solely in Central Indiana.

This company is very racist trust and believe that! They are the very definition of hating my brown culture but love what we can produce for them and they so called white families. Ive witnessed this company strategically and maliciously damage a property that was occupied by someone I know. They $2 maintenance guy caused significant damage to the home a few times, the type of damage not seen with the eye until its too late. Once it was time for renewal of the lease they kicked her out and immediately there after put the house up for rent again! Ive actually seen this done multiple times with these vicious bloodsucking rental property management companies. Most all of them prey on the working class in hopes that they get rich by jacking the rent and having fees thats un heard of to pay each month for services that are never rendered by the property management company! One day this will come back around to those who did this to my friend she didnt deserve this type of treatment. Now ask yourself this why would I write this review if it was a lie? Im not one who have time to play games with people. They busted the water heater which flooded the basement, they installed a refrigerator wrong, causing the ceiling to cave in. Within a month of each incident the same guy came back and mysteriously went straight to the problem that he created. And Im sure theres others out there that have experience this very same issue.

Polaris Property Management is a fantastic company. The service and knowledge they offer is far above many other PM companies I've had interactions with. No nonsense, with attention to detail for both property owners and tenants. They are dedicated to ensuring both know what the services they offer are and are very clear with what those services are. Polaris was quite nice to work with during the touring process of viewing a home. We decided to put a deposit down on a property and were quite excited that we found a home. When we went to sign the lease, we noticed there were several clauses that put the tenant at massive liability that would not fly anywhere else. The lease also had the tenant paying utilities that we were told the Landlord was paying and upkeep of the property that was not advertised from the beginning. When we tried to remove those clauses from the lease, we were told "those are standard and just won't apply to you" and nothing was changed. Signing that lease would have been a liability nightmare. Sign elsewhere.
