Horrible horrible horrible This company hires the most unprofessional, Inept people who cannot run simple payroll. I have payroll, benefits and HR services through them and yet its been a week and after speaking to almost every specialist, supervisor and manager not one person has been able to fix the payroll so my employees can get their money. Every voicemail I have left has been unanswered. Almost every one else is out of the office or in a meeting all the time. The Pennsylvania office seems to hire just anyone off the street for any of their positions. One specialist by the initials S.H DIDN'T EVEN RUN PAYROLL FOR ONE EMPLOYEE BECAUSE THE NAME APPEARED FOREIGN-she just skipped over her. When I asked her what the plan was when the employees payroll wasnt direct deposited she didnt have an answer. I would never recommend them to anyone and will continue letting everyone know about my experience.

Like others have stated, this place seems to not understand how to do anything. It's nearing the end of March and they have yet to process a W2 for me - when I call, they say they have to talk to the business owner, who I know for a fact they did speak to and told her a digital and paper copy was being generated. When the person I spoke to looked up the account they said no W2s were processed, when I brought up what the business owner had told me - that's when I started getting the repeat of "I cannot speak to you any more about this we have to talk to the business owner" over and over again. I tried to ask in general, why they would not process a W2 for hours worked in the previous year, and got the same repeated line. Do your future self a favor and do not enlist the services of Paychex.

PAYCHEX IS AWFUL !!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. I OWN AND OPERATE A LAW PRACTICE. THIS COMPANY IS SO INEPT. THEY ARE VERY SNEAKY. CHRIS GLACKIN WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE A SUPERVISOR HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS I HAVE EVER SEEN ANYWHERE. i refuse to have phone conversations since they are scammers. and when things are put in an email, they still try to scam.
