The best car-shopping experience I have ever had. I don't often write online reviews, but feel compelled to share my story. I normally dread automobile purchases, and was astonished at how pleasant it was to work with K-M. At every step of the way, the staff were responsible and courteous, and at no point did I feel any of the high-pressure atmosphere I normally expect. I had driven a few hours to look at a vehicle that seemed very under-priced. While I was there, the employees discovered that the low price I had seen online was the result of a data-entry error. I braced myself for a story about how the car was actually going to cost $2000 more (putting it in the low end of fair Blue Book prices), but they said since it was their mistake, they would honor the original price. When I quoted the loan rates my bank had offered me, the K-M rep said that he wouldn't even waste my time looking at in-house financing, because he was sure they couldn't match those of my bank. This kind of integrity feels rare in automotive sales, and their honorable practices will make me a repeat customer when it's time to purchase another car.
