This woman with long dark hair in her 50's was super rude to me and talked to me like I was stupid. Used her highlighter to circle a date that wasn't correct and didn't even answer my question. I went and balled my eyes out to the D.A. because I had a ticket and it's been years for me for any kind of ticket. Actually it was the D.A.'s assistant. She was incredibly nice to me.
