Apologies you were upset with our service. we have been in the upholstery business since 1949 and continue to provide a good quality service to all our customers so we welcome constructive criticism. we are extremely busy at the moment and prioritise customers on a first come basis. Again, i can only apologize if this wasn't communicated to yourself properly. However as a family run business we are currently working over and above in order to book everyone in, what we don't appreciate and tolerate, is bad language towards our staff members. This isn't condoned and we will not put up with this type of language used when unfortunately we couldn't accommodate your time scale. The pricing in the upholstery industry is extremely competitive and like we have stated above , we are a family business . Our prices are not extortionate whereby we try our best to charge accurately , ensuring fantastic quality which the price represents. As a company we would never say ' because i can ' when in fact we really cannot. As you can appreciate, small business have been through intense pressure over the last 18 months with the pandemic, with this being said any customer that has come through our door we appreciate. We try our best to accommodate everyone, whilst being realistic with time frame and the pricing reflects the specification of the job Apologies , that you were not happy with our service, we will take this on board and hope you manage to get your car covers made elsewhere kind regards A S PICKERING LTD

Complete waste of time, took my job on and made me wait months, after chasing on a regular basis at the end he said i have jobs that have been waiting for over a year! Very unprofessional, would not recommend. Even over priced the job heavily, to which his answer was 'because i can'!
