Not impressed with a josh that works there. Treated me poorly, seems like a hot head. Their work was good. Check out his arrest records at Lee county sheriff. This "man" hits his women, what a shame!

Looking further into your order, you placed your order in store on 7/18. With the current global supply chain crisis, we are experiencing longer than typical shipping times and low stock supply, therefore informing our customers that turn around time for uniforms were around 3 weeks. The lead time for customer supplied items we were averaging 3-5 days. You were called by Stephanie, our Manager of School Programs, on 7/29, that your order was ready for pick up. That is a less than two week turn around time. We are not open on the weekends but all staff has been working overtime. You then picked up your order on 7/29. Unfortunately my kids school uses Matteo and only Matteo for the emblem. Poor communication across the board. Horrible turn around times. Even when going in person its just constant run around. Really wish the school would either change printing company or Matteo would get their stuff together because some parents placed orders before me and theyre still waiting. Still waiting and probably will continue to as well.

Very irresponsible with timing , they do not comply with time and customer service. I order three weeks Ago the uniform for my daughter and they have told me days or one week . As of today no one has contact me yet, I went ahead and call and they just saying materials has been order now , no refunds avalible and I have to keep waiting without indefinitely time . This is insane I will tell the school to stop recommending you guys !!!!!!!
