Unfortunately because the hoses you had didnt fit and were not long enough we were unable to finish the job. We normally charge a service fee anytime we come out and diagnose a vehicle. We put the tank up, but the pipes didnt connect because they were not the correct hoses and need to be longer. So we had to drop it again. As a courtesy we discounted the service fee by over 35% for the time and work done. We had hoped you would call back after you got the correct hoses like we had discussed, and we could get you going.

I'm sorry you were unsatisfied. We do not make service calls to change a light bulb only. We did however tell you about how and where to get it done for free in hopes of saving you money. We wanted to save you from an unnecessary service charge. We strive to be fair and reasonable.

I was having problems with my 05 taurus kept getting a random misfire code went with a few other mobile mechanics all they did was check the spark plugs and wires and it was a temporary fix finally someone reffered Frank to me after it happened again he diagnosed it as cylinder #5 misfiring and changed it out he was quick fair priced and haven't had any problems since preciate it Frank

Frank is professional, honest and skilled. He gave me a more than reasonable price for wheel bearings on my wife's Camry. I was so pleased with the work I had all 4 brake pads replaced by him as well. Frank is faster and cheaper than any shop I encountered with the same quality of work. We will be using Frank again and he is highly recommended!
