Picked my frenchie up in full heat stroke (or over exertion), wheezing and desperate for air. tongue blue. If you have a breed with breathing problems give very specific instruction! I mistakenly assumed anyone monitoring playtime would recognize there was an issue. I honestly dont know what would have happened had I not picked her up when I did. While Im at it really slow drop off and pick ups.
Zuri has always been excellent for grooming and other services. I have been a client for 2 yrs now. One thing I have noticed is the customer service is not the same. I dropped my pup off at 9:00 am and normally I always get a text within 2-3 hours that she's done. My past 2 experiences have been disappointing. They had my dog since 9:00 am it was 3:00 when I finally called for status. They indicated she had been ready for 30 min? No text no call plus they had her for 6 hours? A grooming does not take that long. The front office person was less then friendly and referred me to the groomer to voice my complaint. Customer Service is everyone's job! Not just the groomer...I hope things get back to the way they were or I will choose another groomer .
The staff were very friendly and welcoming.The facility is very clean and appears well managed . My puppy seemed very comfortable in a new environment and was well supervised with the other dogs in the play area.
We have used Zuri for weekly baths for 3 years and they are the best. Our dog enjoys going to Zuri. They always take care of and remember special requests. They consistently do a great job for a fair price.
It was our first time coming here. I asked for a shampoo and he got a trim as well. I was pretty clear that I didnt want a grooming, only shampoo when I dropped him off. He was there all day. Will not be returning. He was clean though!
