I recently moved from Elkhart to Virginia and was in the process of selling my home remotely (no fun). Anyway, one of the potential buyers (that DIDN'T by the house) thought it was great idea to bring red wine in and leave it on the carpet. (insert expletive here). Anyway, I had my Realtor take care of it. They called Elkhart Carpet Care and they sent me the pictures. Everything looks brand new, no wine and the house is in escrow so overall a happy ending. p.s. if you are looking out houses 1. don't bring red wine in 2. don't be an idiot 3. do not combine 1 and 2

I recently had a group of friends over at my house to celebrate my tenth wedding anniversary. I wanted my friends to have a swell time at my event, so I had a chef come by and even bought wine, champagne, and a cake to make the event even more memorable. Our night was splendid, from the delectable, mouth-watering food and soothing music playing in the background to the heart-warming speeches from our friends and family. I couldnt have asked for a better night! But just before we could call it a night, an accident happened, and one of the guests spilled their wine on my living room carpet. My mother-in-law recommended Elkhart Carpet Care to help clean our carpet. She couldnt stop raving about how phenomenal their services were and from how her eyes lit up when she talked about them. I couldnt help but want to try them out. I know how hard it is to impress my mother-in-law, but from her review of the company, I could tell they knew their craft. The following day, I contacted Elkhart Carpet Care via email and requested a quote for the service I needed from them. They responded promptly, and I was so surprised that they were pretty affordable. They came to my house two days after I contacted them as agreed. They arrived on time and finished the task within schedule. Something that you cant attest to a lot of cleaning companies. The crew came with a supervisor who ensured everything was done on time and above my expectations. They had the latest equipment for the job and used detergents that left my carpet smelling and looking as good as new. The Elkhart Carpet Care crew even helped clean one of my seats that we didnt even notice had wine stain from the anniversary celebration night, and did I mention they did it at no cost? If you are in Michiana and looking for a carpet cleaning company, I highly recommend them!

I needed my carpet cleaned quick smart and ended up choosing Elkhart Carpet Care and I'm glad I did. Very professional service and the finish was magnificent. There is nothing I can fault. Cleaner actually turned up on time, unlike in my previous experience. Definitely recommended.
