POOR, UNPROFESSIONAL. Could train a monkey to do a better job Body craft ruined my BMW they painted my bumper all the paint has peeled off. There quality of work is very, very poor. They have ruined my car it all needs re painting. Should have paid that bit extra and gone to a better body shop. All my paint has peeled off and it has only been 3 months since it was painted.

The quality of the part (Ex mount) was extremely poor as discovered through an exhaust check at KF. Furthermore, the part completely broke in 8 months of installation despite driving only occasionally and with reasonable care. What made issue worse was no guarantee was offered claiming it was wear and tear. Even in terms of appointment timings KF was much better with diagnostic plus repair on same day within a few hours despite being quite busy and having to order the part. And what's important is value for money: I paid double 8 months ago at Auto Bodycraft compared to now replacing the poor quality part with a new one that only cost half that with a 12 month warrantee at KF!! Huge difference! So 50% cheaper, quicker, better communication and warrantee!

Took my daughters car for parking sensors as she has just passed her driving, the young chap was very helpfull the sensors work great. i have been to many garages but i felt as if i was being fobbed off, asked a few of my friends and they recommended this place. The lad gave me time of day explained everything in detail by far the best customer service i have received and cheap too.

Visited this back street garage to get my rear bumper sprayed. (Went by the reviews on the internet) couldn't get the paint matching, never mind anything else. I wouldn't recommend anyone visiting them anytime soon.
