I worked with William, for longer than the hour that he charged me, until my setup was complete. The service that they provide is fantastic and professional. William did what I have been trying to do, without success, for months. His knowledge is broad and he was willing to work with my routers (I did not get told to purchase the ones that he sells, or pushed to buy any other products he sells). I work and live in and expat community in the Middle East. When it comes to VPN setup Ive heard the name Ruth so much that I actually thought Ruth was the Sabai equivalent of Siri or Ask Jeeves. As it turns out she is not only a real person, I now understand why I hear her name first and the company second. Through the initial email correspondence every response was prompt, friendly and accurate. After the precursory steps (which were easy to follow) I set up an appointment for the equipment setup and my specific tailoring. At the same time, I had a secondary use for the VPN that I was hoping to get her opinion on that I was having some issues with. It was from a prior camera hardware setup that was not working properly and also not in anyway something she needed to help me with. To say she went above and beyond doesnt convey the assistance she provided me simply based on her obvious interest in helping. She worked with me for far past what I would have ever hoped and certainly exceeded any reasonable customer service expectations. She was willing to stay on the phone with me until that issue was resolved and even when I had to attend to something else, she setup a follow up phone appointment and in the time between calls she went as far as to research my issue (again not her or her companys issue) and came up with the solution. (It was a firmware update for the hardware installed [agin, not hardware provided by Sabai]). I recommend Sabai for any VPN needs or any other service they offer. This is easy for me to do with Ruth as the face of the company and I know shell take care of you.
