I called just to get an idea of time frame for doing a last minute screen printing job by Saturday...she pretty much interrupted me explaining the short notice by saying 'it's THURSDAY!" Also asked if I had something in mind and I was leaving up to them...'so you don't even have a design?'.....then she had me hang on for '1/2 a sec' and by the time that was over I was already turned off by just phone etiquette.
