This company ruined my business, they left me 3 days without mail, more than 7 hours on calls, their team is not trained to solve any situation, I am going to proceed to sue for damages, they are the worst mail service! I still have no mail because your platform does not work. They made me lose my most important clients, and they still haven't solved the problem.
Honestly they are the worst hosting company I've ever used. They are a massive company but are so unorganised. I have had to wait over an hour to get tech support on several occasions, and then they toss you from department to department (oh they will drop your call midway as well). USE AT YOUR OWN PERIL!
Mark was amazingly helpful today. He patiently talked me through a forest of problems, some of which I created for myself. He turned my bad day into a good one.
Lisa from the PA Office was very knowledgeable, experienced, helpful and a lovely person to speak to. We had an issue that arose from a legacy domain name and hosting package that wasn't visible from the Register Dashboard. Lisa was able to promptly diagnose the problem and take action in the background to resolve the issue. Throughout the call, Lisa educated me on how to navigate the dashboard and take the appropriate actions required from my end to resolve the issue. Lisa also showed great empathy and reassured me throughout the call as our website went offline for a time. I'm so happy with the service that Lisa provided, I would give her more than 5 stars for the support she provided. Thanks Lisa from PA!
Just horrible customer support! We're withdrawing all our services from Network Solutions to another provider, as soon as possible. Save yourself the frustration of dealing with NetSol and go look for another provider. Really any other company can do it better!
