I dropped off my coat to have cleaned last Thursday and had to wait until this week Tusday to pick up was told it was 10.00 for the week when I picked it up she wanted to charge me 20.00 but then she gave me basically 3.00 off well they lied to me so I won't use them again. If you deal with Karen make sure she tells you the truth on price. Not a happy customer at all.

BAD SERVICE: In 2019 I tried Baryames in Okemos for my dry cleaning needs. They told me they would contact me when it was finished. I never received any notification that my item was complete, so I stopped in (3 days later) only to find out they lost it. After Keegan told me he would look into it at get back to me, I never heard from him. I stopped back in a week later only to find nothing was ever done. 8 days and I still didnt have it (and they couldnt locate it). They finally found my item on the 9th day, but by this time it was too late as I had an event the next day that I needed the item for. By then I had already invested in a replacement. They did offer me a coupon for future cleanings. I told them I was already out $60 for the replacement! \_(ツ)_/ Fast forward to 2020: I thought Id give them another chance and although they didnt lose anything this time, one garment came back with a large brown stain in front near the collar. NEVER AGAIN! I cant wait for Kent cleaners to open (across the street)!!!

Not a problem with the dry cleaning itself. Unfortunately today when I went to drop off some coats for the weekly special I was informed you now have to print the coupon to get the weekly special. When you look at the website you don't see that until you scroll very far down that there are even coupons for the weekly special now. They used to be automatic. First what a waste of paper and damage to the environment by having to print the coupons plus how many people won't get the specials now because they did not print coupons out. Not one of the best business decisions I've ever seen at this dry cleaners.
