I cancelled during the Covid shutdown and I just found out today that they have still been charging my account and stealing from my business. It is frustrating because I couldn't get a refund for several months before where the app was not working properly on my TVs.

Great product. Terrible service and company organization. We love the product but the company is a bit disorganized. You will wait weeks for a response and often times are shuffled between their representatives just to get simple things done. Tasks such as clarifying a billing concern or finding out the status of your replacement equipment that you have paid for months ago seem small to me but very challenging for them. Most importantly, they are very slow to respond to actual product service issues. There is no real organized support team or none that I have been able to connect with - just sales reps and engineers. Their UI still needs some work but overall performs fairly well. The content displays are really sharp and definitely an eye catcher. I think this could be a really great product/service but it seems like management has got a thing or two to learn about how to run company. 3 stars is still a inflated rating. I would give them 2.5! I really hope that they can pull it together because they are local to Chicago and we are too. Even in the midst of the pandemic, we are still expanding and would like to use the product at our future locations. However, if the poor service continues we will have to go to another content platform.

I love the idea! Thats the best thing I could say about it. There needs to be a little more variety of content and better regulation. Half the time our tv would be play a bunch of animals mating or strippers on poles falling. Even after the channels were adjusted. Prior to the servers we received a call almost every day and after we got it, there was nothing. No communication what-so-ever after we signed that contract. Once and a while a video would show up that would show us a little bit we could do, but not much direction.
