Rick is the absolute best. He goes above and beyond and really cares about the company and customer. Not only is he always just a phone call away but hes also saving me a ton of money. Ive never had this level of service from a merchant services provider.

Weve been with Etech for over a year. I brought credit cards to the company I was consulting with At a local company and we needed a simple credit card solution. The software offered by Rick and the etech team will run your entire customer experience from invoicing to taking credit cards over the web, in person and offers recurring billing all with an intuitive interface. Ive had the opportunity to upgrade the companies credit card program and not only is USAEPay the way to go, in my opinion its the only way to go. For those that use quickbooks, its great at back office, not so intuitive or affordable for their CRM features. USAePay is brilliant at this. We do a lot of business at various outdoor venues and USAePay is great. You can decide what cellular provider of your preference which isnt something available today with stand-alone credit card machines. As a matter of fact we are upgrading because of cell tower issues. Technical support is committed to resolving your issue and makes your problem their problem. Rick and the technical support team make your needs a priority. Its like having an ally in the crazy world of business.what Ive noticed from demoing USAePay is your business can grow without so much paper. How many times are we updating spreadsheets or running accounting reports or tallying inventory? The USAEPay solution offers that out of the box. The investment is by far worth it in terms of loss productivity or redundancy checking because lets be honest we are human and do make mistakes.
