Snooty receptionists (yes there were a couple). My brother & I went to see if they needed volunteers to help, and we were treated as though we had turned up in an ICE center and declared ourselves to be illegal immigrants. A rather rude experience - this coming from a person who has goodwill towards the organization.

Friendly staff but i had a 11:30 appointment for a covid test and i was on-time but i was one of the very last ones to leave at like 3:30
