Had my wife take her truck here to get tires mounted and balanced because I was at work on the slope. They stripped one of the wheel studs and tried saying it wasn't them, well I had recently replaced the wheel studs and hand tightened the brand new lug nuts to the rim before torquing them to factory spec. No one had touched them since and they tried saying it was cross threaded and put on with an air gun. Then she specifically asked them to mount the tires with the red dot lined up with the valve stem instead of the yellow dot because that was what the manufacturer recommended. Instead they decided because she was a woman that she didn't know what she was talking about and mounted them how they wanted to. She then proceeded to call me while she was still in the shop with them. I told them to sell me a new lug nut and put it on the stud and I would replace it again when I got home from work in a few days since they refused to fix their mistake. They said they would not charge for the lug nut and put it on. When she got the truck back there was no lug nut. They were very unprofessional talking to her while I was on the phone and could hear everything. I highly do not recommend this place if you are a woman or plan to send your wife to get work done while you are not able to do it yourself.
