Dear Ella, I can only apologise again about your experience today. As you have regular spray tans you would be aware that it does take up to 8 hours for the colour to fully develop. We offered you an appointment for another spray tan but unfortunately you couldnt attend as you were no longer in the area. We then offered you a complimentary spray tan on your next visit for the inconvenience caused which you also declined. If you do change your mind please give us a call and well be happy to book you a complimentary spray tan. Kind regards, Salv

I visited Academy Salon this afternoon for a spray tan, having had regular spray tans with sienna x shade 10 I was expecting a lovely deep colour but unfortunately this wasnt the outcome. The quality within the salon was fantastic and the spray tanner was thorough but the colour was so fair it wasnt worth the 25, after speaking with the salon they were very unhelpful and reluctant to provide any refund, Ive had to travel over an hour away for my cousins wedding so unfortunately despite the offer of a respray its simply inconvenient and unjustifiable to travel back. Not the level of service I was expecting from a salon with such great reviews. So now Im having to pay another 25 this evening to have a second spray. Highly unsatisfied, I would really like the management to reconsider how to put this right, ideally a refund. The rudeness and sarcasm from the manager is also worth noting. Ruined my afternoon.

Service is great in salon. But I didn't quite like the haircut I had from a senior technician there. It looks like she just randomly chopped my hair.

The salon was way to busy to relax and nobody really pays attention ! poor service and a very standard cut.
