The most unprofessional, incompetent office I have ever encountered and I am writing this post to save people from being subjected to the repercussions! Dr. Shannon Hudson is a wonderful, compassionate doctor but unfortunately due to my terrible experience will need to find a new gynecologist. After two weeks of calling daily for my prescription to be phoned in, I finally had to contact my internist to get the job done. Day after day I was promised it would be taken care of and that I could expect a phone call but to no avail. This is unacceptable as well as a detriment to my treatment and health! Please don't waste your time!
Hi. Thank you for your review. You were charged for the first no show. However, it is unclear what you mean by being charged twice. There is only one $75 charge in your account which has a staff note to delete. Simple human error lead to it not being deleted, our apologies and condolences to your family.

I don't usually write reviews but this place is the absolute worst. They wanted to charge me $75 twice. I had called that day telling them I can't go because my grandfather has cancer and was in a very bad condition that day and they told me no problem, we understand. I then made another appointment, arrived and it took about five minutes. I felt rushed, shamed and I was telling him personal stuff I thought sounded awkward to say and he just made it weirder by smiling and repeating what I was saying. I felt uncomfortable the entire time. it's crazy because they now wanna charge me $75 twice. One, for not being able to go because my grandfather was dying and two, for arriving on time and being in his office for 5 minutes. He told me nothing was wrong when I felt something was wrong. Although it's good news, I just felt like he did a poor job of explaining everything. Don't go to this office at all!
Great, welcoming, warm and friendly staff, from the front desk, to the anesthesiologist, to the doctor and assistants. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during my visit. Nurse Erin was especially helpful!
Thank you for your review. I reviewing the e-prescription logs your prescription was sent on the day of your appointment and 2 days later again. Apparently CVS had an issue on their end and did not reach out to us to fix. Please be sure, in the future to consider the complexity of our health care system and understand there are multiple parties (doctor, pharmacy, insurance company, national prescription clearing house, and pharmacy benefits manager) all electronically exchanging information simultaneously to make a prescription happen properly and seamlessly. If even one of those five systems fails even for a second then the prescription will fail. This was certainly not our fault. You calling our service "shoddy" is offensive, libelous and represents only your anger and not our high quality service. Further, in review of your chart, there is not a single message left by you on the patient portal and in reviewing our call logs not a single phone call. Please email me personally [email protected] to provide evidence of your phone calls and messages. Its been 72 hours since I saw their doctor and my prescription medicines have not been sent to CVS. Due to this, I haven't been able to take my medicines. Unprofessional, irresponsible behaviour. I had to call them 10 times and leave countless messages. Please pay heed to their shoddy service.
