HEAP program provided me with a new window unit AC. The unit is not cooling my appointment the way it should. I called to report it and was told that I would be getting a callback in a few minutes. It's been 4 days now and I have not heard anything from High Performance Heating and Cooling. Oh well! I'm stuck with the unit and I will call HEAP program to let them know about the experience.. SMH

Our furnace would try to start and shut off. Joe came early and checked it out. He had it figured out in no time. The furnace is now working properly and we are warm again.
