Placed an order of 50 stickers, I recieved the sticker but there were print lines on all the stickers. I reached out to customer service and explained everything to them. The person on the other end said they they would notify someone to issue reprints. That was april 14 so a month later and still no response from them. Sent multiple emails with no response back. Some of the worse customer service
Hi Brenda, sorry for the misunderstanding. Our records show our graphics team tried reaching out about getting a better file for your project but didnt receive a reply. We didnt want to create your sign with the file provided since it wouldve not came out as clean as it should. Id be happy to give you a full refund if you dont have a better file or could expedite your shipping if you can send a higher resolution file. Thanks again for your initial order and truly apologize the misunderstanding.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!! I purchased my order on January 27th, i approved my order on the 2 of Feb. Feb 5th comes and i email them about my order just to make sure i will be getting it by Feb 14th, since this was a Valentines gift. Paulina King emailed me back saying they will get to it as soon as possible and that they have been backed up on Valentines day special. I have emailed them at least 4 more times and a phone call with a voice mail and no one has got back to me. It is now March 5th. This place WILL take your money and will NOT answer anyone. Bunch of frauds!
Long time between orders, proof & shipping. Customer service was rude while asking what was the Long delay for. There's better sticker companies out there- I'd recommend sticker mule.
