I booked an appointment here because my regular nail place was completely booked up. I got a plain old mani/pedi. I am not sure whether I got a new nail tech or what, but all I have to say is OUCH. I walked around with sore fingers as she seemed to have nicked my skin in several places as she was working on my cuticles. I'm never going back. Oh, and by the way, she wasn't even wearing gloves...
