(First let me start by saying that if our Company accepts people for an interview it is solely because we feel they are trainable and they have the attitude and personality that we are looking for. We do not ask people about their personal circumstances nor situations. We have a great Management team and I think that comment was a misjudged assumption) As far as your experience, when you came in to your meet and greet with the hiring Manager, we explained that the Management position has a salary option, which it does. When accepted to the 3 hour interview (which we ask you to write everything down so you can better understand), we explain in detail what is expected for the position and details about there being a Salary option and a Commission option. We explain that you will be learning and doing sales in training. This is a straightforward statement so there isn't any confusion. We also make it very clear that there is not an hourly rate in training. We explain that you can earn money in training, but don't expect to get rich. (This is valid as some Businesses have you train without any compensation or ways to earn money) We asked you if you felt training was for you and if you understood everything. You said YES. We accepted you to begin training. You came into Orientation and I explain at the very beginning about how Drew is harsh in the interview explaining that you will get to earn money in training but it's not hourly I then let you know of course you earn money in training with sales profit, bonuses, and Company profit sharing. This is not commission only as we have many ways of compensating people while training, it's 2019 you can't survive on solely commission these days. I also explain that your 1st day is a day of observation so you can see how a full day works and see the Manager trainees in action and how to put the ways of earning money together. When you came in to the first day of training, it was an observation day where you are not required to participate in any sales, all you do is observe to understand. Once you returned from your first, and only day, you decided not to put your time into this, which is what we want you to do, make a decision. We are not trying to waste anyone's time, including our own. I'm sorry you did not understand. When you said you did, I assumed you did. All in all, we wish you the best in your future endeavors. Be careful accepting a position here. Make sure that you ask directly about the pay as it is not clarified until your third day of training that it is a purely commission based sales. I accepted a position here as an office manager and very quickly found out that it was actually a sales position. And by sales position I don't mean professional sales but rather driving around in parking lots of restaurants, gas stations, & stores luring people in to by fragrances. I am very inquisitive so I made sure to ask about pay and every time I was not given a direct answer and told to wait to hear what it was. I never showed up to my third day of training as this job clearly was not for me and was not compensated for my time spent there as "I did not make them any money so why would they pay me." Super important to think for yourself and ask questions at this business as they lure in people who have situations that make them willing to do anything.

Hello Martina. You met with Ashia for your first interview. I assure you that she was joking when she made that comment about herself. She is a great girl and thinks very highly of herself. We also only require business casual attire for our management and front office staff. The first interview is more like a meet and greet and is very fast paced. We just give brief information about us and positions available to see if we are a good for you and vice versa. We then invite the people selected to come back in to a much longer interview 2.5 to 3 hours. This interview is very informative as we go over how everything works in detail, we talk about learning the concept of sales and go over the product itself and the ingredients. I had an interview with this organization. I was acknowledged by the receptionist to fill out a form and I did so. A young lady came out was looking for a paper and called herself "retarded" because she couldn't find it. That word is not appropriate in any circumstance. She was not appropriately dressed in my opinion to perform an interview as well. She spoke very fast as if it were a sales pitch and I wasn't informed about anything in the job but having an office and being able to paint the walls any color I wanted. Needless to say, I wasn't impressed at all with this company. I looked it up myself and found out it is really sales of their fragrances which is fine but that is something that should be mentioned in the interview. I was applying to be a branch manager. Not to take anything away from the organization because they have been around for years but it was a very unprofessional and a very fast-paced experience.
