Make sure they kno the diff between singalese and twists.. I went for the special and they were nice enough. But i think she forgot what singalese are supposed to look like.. Had her mind on box briads i guess and told self she could do the others but really didnt kno how!!! Then they are unraveling the very nxt day... Duhh cause theyre twists not singalese.. Very disapponted.. Then when told about to fix, first response was to get more money outta me..

Someone I know went here to get their hair braided by Awood. Box braids. She braided all of her hair even her edges. After only 3 days the braids started coming out. Her edges came out horribly. And she has always had good edges even before the braids. Do NOT let AWOOD braid your hair.

Hello! I apologize for this interaction, this is a salon with independent contractor stylist. Our business hours for Wish Store Pick ups are Tuesday-Saturday only during Those business hours. We are closed on Sundays & Mondays. We have a full time receptionist in place to handle Wish pickups but the Sylist that work there dont know anything about the pick ups. Please don't look at or review our entire Salon & Spa based off that one interaction. I do realize it's an inconvenience to come back, we have the hours listed on our door and we Gave them to wish. Please consider removing this bad review since you're not actually a client of the salon. We will be there tomorrow with a smile to give you your wish order. -Tamara Starks, owner.

Very poor customer service here. I walked in to pickup my order and the Lady there wearing a rather ill fitted shirt I might add took 5 mins to come to the front just to tell me in her own very disrespectful way that the receptionist was not in that day and that she was clueless about things only the receptionist knew about and that the front door was actually supposed to be locked so I asked her what should I do or if I were to be refunded she said no just come back tomorrow and rolled her eyes while scratching her head. To which I responded I actually came up here yesterday this is the second time I have made this 20 minute trip. She rolled her eyes again. So I started to walk away. She yells sorry at me sarcastically as I'm walking out the door. Whoever this young lady is at this place this review is about your poor service and rude disrespectful and slow service.
