The functions are good for the money but this company is really dishonest. Our company was over charged for users we had removed 6-7 months ago, and they kept charging us those unsubscribed users. When we asked the owner and the help desk they didnt even respond. We are looking to switch as soon as we can, and while the software is decent, we cannot work with dishonest owners and companies.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Bought their annual subscription through Appsumo in November of 2020 as part of the Black Friday sale. They didn't honor the Appsumo price until I complained. A year later they charge my card again. Because I ordered from Appsumo there was no terms of service. I notice the one on their website says they will do this. Even if companies do this they usually send you an email and allow you to opt out. That is, at least the reputable ones. I tried to cancel per terms of service and haven't gotten any response. I've sent emails and left messages and nothing. Had trouble with the software the whole time. It was embarrassing to use as my clients kept making bad comments about the software. Worst money I ever spent!

Truly dishonest company. Started out with me being sneakily charged $100 for 8 months. I then realized they had been charging me money and I sent them a couple of emails over the span of 2 months asking them firstly if it was possible to get a refund but otherwise to stop charging me money. No reply. They still kept charging me money. I got really frustrated and wrote a reivew on Trustpilot. They then write a response tailoring a complete lie about me extorting them and that is why they did not respond to my emails. PLEASE stay away from this immature company. Completely dishonest.
