There were about 6 Transfers that had White Ink on the transfers BUT you couldn't see it untill you heat pressed it onto the Navy tees and then it was TO LATE!!!
James we very much understand your dissatisfaction with the shipping delay of the numbers and we apologize you missed the teams deadline on Saturday. Our print production team is working hard to keep numbers in stock during this busy fall sport season. The customer service team member you spoke with was being honest and transparent with you letting you know we are behind in printing stock numbers. In regard to the two number orders you placed, the first order had a larger quantity of numbers in the order than the second order which is why the second shipped faster. Because it was a lower quantity of numbers, we had all the packs needed to fulfill that second order and ship it out. The first order was still needing some numbers to finish the order. If you have any other questions about these orders, please let us know. Again, we apologize there has been ANY delay in shipping numbers because shipping fast and on-time is a top priority. We truly appreciate your continued business throughout the years and letting us know of your frustration with these orders so that we can work through and fix them together.

Choose another company, I ordered numbers 4 days ago and they never shipped as the tracking info said they did but they are still there. The sad part is that instead of owning their mistake I got a lie about how production was behind. Interestingly we ordered the same numbers for an add to team a day after this and those arrived just fine. I was told well just refuse the shipment. I guess 100 kids not having jersey on Saturday is ok. If your name means anything to you find a different company. I cant wait for the canned response. Try taking ownership.

I would give zero stars if I could. I would not do business with this company. First of all, their customer service sucks. Second, I ordered $500 worth of transfers and they are TERRIBLE. The coloring was off, which fine I tried them anyway and I have wasted 15 tees/sweatshirts trying to get these transfers to adhere. I press hundreds of shirts per week with transfers from another company and NEVER have issues. I use a professional grade hotronix press and have had no luck getting the screens to adhere to the garment. I have varied the temperature and pressure for THREE days trying to get these to work with no luck. VERY poor quality and VERY poor customer service. I wish I would have come here and read the reviews before I ordered from this company so I wouldn't have wasted my time or $500. Take your business elsewhere!
