I sent them my artwork and they completely re-worked it. They changed the font on our COMPANY LOGO and the color wasn't even close. I asked them to let me know which file format they needed to avoid reworking and which colors they used. Most printing companies use Pantone colors. After talking to them, I lost all confidence that the signs would come out right, so I canceled the order. They kept $50 for the awful proofs a 3 year old could have made.
