I purchased a vehicle from this place and it was the worst decision I've ever made. Soon after I purchased the car I made a review on here and obviously it's been removed. The whole experience was horrific and we were lied to and I feel like we've been cheated. We were promised a full warranty but only got the basic warranty that doesn't cover anything after we filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General's office. I would go into detail about everything that had happened but it would literally take me all day of all the horrible things we had to face. The car that we got was obviously overpriced for the condition because 6 months after purchasing the car the power steering went out, all brake pads and rotors have had to be replaced, all four tires are bald, the battery had to be replaced because it kept dying, the hood does not stay up, it's got more electrical problems than I can count, the panoramic sunroof broke and the power windows and radio have gone out, my turn signals and my headlights and fog lights all stopped working, my engine is leaking oil, the transmission is slipping, my car revs high and my RPMs Redline everytime I'm in park, and that's just to name a few things. The vehicle we originally went to the dealership for was obviously a bait car. We were looking at a Ford Explorer which they had advertised and would not let us test drive it. Turns out it didn't even have a motor. We should have left and never purchased from this dealership. This place is so shady that they have to review their own dealership on Facebook.
Great experience in buying a car here. Found the best car Ive ever owned, at very good price! Gene helped greatly to make this a smooth and simple process, and will work with you on almost anything. Great staff all around too, would recommend shopping here.
Hi Shaun, First of all I would like to correct your timeline by saying it has not been 3-4 weeks. It has been 7 months since you purchased your vehicle. After your vehicle display kept telling you that you needed to take your car to service department you continued to drive it to a point where you overheated the car and made things worse. Now unlike some people you went from place to place getting wrong diagnostics (and paying for it) before finally calling me and saying that you give up and don't know what to do. I said I would help. I put your car in front of other work that the mechanic shop had scheduled and they were able to FIX your car with minimal and honest repairs....Now on the phone I told you that the valve was getting stuck inside the transmission, never did I tell you any other vehicle problem because that was the problem. Last time we spoke on the phone before you picked up your vehicle I told you how much it would cost to repair your car. Anyway how could a shop give you your car back after repairs without paying for what is owed. I don't know of anyone that would do that, I never told you that you could pay later. Other shops were quoting you thousands of dollars to replace your transmission. I charged 150. And even after you said you had such a problem paying for the actual repairs, I dropped your price down to the fee of Simple Diagnostics. THE MECHANIC SAVED YOUR ASS!!! IF YOUR CAR IS TELLING YOU TO STOP DRIVING AND TO TAKE TO SERVICE.....STOP DRIVING. I sold you the car over half a year ago and still helped you above and beyond what I know to be the FAIR. Sorry for your feelings, I wish you continue to enjoy your beautiful BMW.

**MUST READ BEFORE PURCHASE** I bought my 07 BMW here. The purchase part was a good experienced. However 3-4 weeks this vehicle had a transmission damage. (Gene) The dealer told me to drop off the vehicle so he can see what's wrong with it. 3 days later advised me I have to pay $150 for what he fixed!! I didn't mind paying the cost but he did not let me know that it was going to cost anything over the phone. Then he said it wasn't a transmission problem over the phone. Later advised me I can pick up the vehicle and he will work with me about the cost and I can pay after I pick up the vehicle. I went to the office to pick up my vehicle it was a different story!!! He pretty much held my car hostage and said "$150 or you not getting your car back" and said I should thanks his mechanic for saving my a$$!! The car on that lot might look nice but the condition is not well at all. BE AWARE!!!
