We looked at the vehicles on their website. They looked really good in the pictures. We drove over an hour and half to look at them. I wouldn't waste the trip if your far away. Every vehicle had atleast one flat tire, of not all tires. Definitely not worth the price nor your time!
Dealer has failed to provide the title to the car I purchased within the required by law time frame. I have contacted the dealer through various methods (Text, Call, Email and Facebook Message). I highly recommend not purchasing a car from this place. Once the sale is final the dealer does not provide proper customer service or conduct business in an appropriate manner. I will be taking further action against this unethical dealer.
Melanie, I am sorry that you are dissatisfied with your purchase! After spending weeks of time, and hundreds of dollars in repairs to ensure that we had a satisfied customer, we made a HUGE profit of $22 off your vehicle! We are not psychic! We have no way of knowing when a part is going to go bad when there are no signs! When purchasing a used vehicle every customer takes a chance of something going wrong with it at some point. We do our best in diagnosing and fixing everything, which we did after replacing the thermostat! While changing the thermostat we found other problems that the bad thermostat had caused from overheating and fixed them without question! We even went as far as changed the timing chains because we noticed that they were starting to get worn out, even though they had another 20,000 miles of wear left in them at the very least! We drove the vehicle over 200 miles to ensure that it was fixed! We even drove the vehicle to you in West Viriginia for the inconvenience! So, I am sorry that EVERYTHING we did was not good enough for you and that your FREE warranty did not cover a $100 Water Pump that AGAIN we agreed to send a mechanic all the way to West Virginia to look at and fix! You chose to take it elsewhere, and you chose to get charged $400 to have it fixed! So, I am sorry that out of everything that we did to help you, that you are not satisfied! As for me not getting back to you, how many times did we speak? Because I know that I can show you NUMEROUS text messages, as well as call logs! Your angry because I refuse to pay your mechanic bill when I OFFERED TO FIX IT TO BEGIN WITH! So again, I am sorry that you are unsatisfied with your purchase of a 10 year old vehicle that I sold you almost $2000 under NADA Clean Retail Value and did everything in my power to ensure you were happy! Some people just cannot be satisfied regardless how we try and help them! Rant Over!

This place is a joke. The owner can never get back to you in a timely manner and the cars are junk. Got a Chevy Cruze that had to have a water pump put in the day after we got it not to mention all the other issues weve found after waiting two weeks for him to just fix a thermostat. In reply to your response I have a whole lot of text messages that went unanswered and you wouldnt get back to me about when your mechanic was coming so I couldnt have a car waiting around to get fixed when I needed it to drive and since you all couldnt get a simple thermostat right I wouldnt even trust you to do the water pump and you only had to drive it two hours so it wasnt that big of an inconvenience Im just trying to help other people not get ripped off!
