The location is breath taking, and the staff are usually on point. I have stayed here a handful of times over the years, and have had varying experiences. The more inexpensive rooms are like motel 6 status, and are quite out-dated. Some of the nicer rooms are pretty dated at this point as well, but are still beautiful, spacious, and comfy. I feel like the uniforms the housekeepers wear are a bit dehumanizing and are more like something an inmate would wear performing community service, instead of someone who is breaking their back making an honest dollar. They can't be good for ones self esteem, and they are quite the eye sore. I've also been told by an insider that your housekeepers need more time to clean each room, especially the ($$$) rooms you are charging more for. That would be beneficial for both housekeeping and your guests. Rushed employees will and do cut corners. And can I bring up a livable wage for the less lucrative jobs, or is that going too far? I don't know, business ethics are just all the rage right now.

Dirty Room, Dust was baseboards and Garbage behind end tables .Very Dated, A/C didnt work, Fridge didnt work. Beds uncomfortable. Great location but Hotel needs a good cleaning and some updating.

Location was great! Golf was great! The only things I was a little down about was they apparently still have smoking rooms. I have always been asked when booking if I wanted smoking. And it upsets me I have to pay $75 for a pet fee for cleaning when our room smelt like smoke. I think you should have to pay extra for smoking. Also, we got a golf package and paid I'm going to guess at least $25 extra for 2 "complimentary" drinks and I was told when making the reservations and checking in it was at the golf course restaurant. We get there the morning tonplay and apparently it was for a lounge back at the hotel and we were already checked out and having to leave after our round of golf so that cost was gone. The location was great to town and a gorgeous view!

We were there during lunch time yesterday. We barely got our food in front of us and the waitress brought us our bill. We were dumbfounded! We had maybe a couple bites and she was back looking for payment. She came back 2 more times we were still eating looking for payment. We wanted to order dessert but felt very uncomfortable with the way we were treated! I wont be back for a long time!!! Not enjoyable at all!!! Very disappointed!!!!
