I bought a 2018 Ford fusion from here Last March and already I've had to have my transmission REBUILT that only lasted 8 wks fast forward to now and it's back in the shop for the same problem the TRANSMISSION.... the shop is saying they can't find the problem and wants to give it back to me RISKING MY LIFE!!!!! I'M SOOO UPSET WITH THIS VEHICLE AND WITH WEST HERR..... I'M GOING TO FILE A LEMON LAW CLAIM AGAINST WEST HERR..My sales guy Arron is Soo nice and helpful he said that I can probably switch out of the vehicle to something else but I would need a whole new down payment.... that's not fair.. why should I have to come up with another 3 grand because they sold me a lemon. This is SOOOO frustrating .

I've owned this car for 6 months now already had to replace muffler, brakes, had to flush heater core due to lack of heat(which they helped me with that's why I didn't give 1 star I gave 2 because I bought the car with the issue as I bought in spring and never tried heat but they at least flushed it which made it better), had to replace water pump due to leak, now I cant even drive it because the transmission is going bad. do they even really look over these cars before they sell them? And to make it all better the car I bought belonged to my sales guys cousin. And he promised me it was pristine. Beyond frustrated for the amount of money spent shouldn't have any problems for a year.
I had the most wonderful experience at this location. Blake is an amazing person to work with. I will definitely continue to use his help in the future.

Recently sold my Audi and used Josh Lilly as a sales person. Initially there were some hold ups on my end which he was patient about, but once I had everything lined up and ready to go he became super unresponsive. I called 10x + every day and even the receptionist admitted the used car lot doesnt answer their phones . Extremely hard to get ahold of anyone and super poor communication. Finally sold my car on the 13th, they misplaced paperwork, had to resend, no one touched anything and its now the 21st. When Josh did take the time to call me today, letting me know he misplaced the paperwork, he was super condescending and rude. After numerous phone calls to the dealership hoping to get ahold of someone Corey the finance manager was able to resolve the situation. He was extremely nice and tried his best to turn this into a positive experience. Not sure if I will return as a future client due to the treatment I received from Josh and the fact that no one seemed eager to make a sale.
