I purchased a car in july and it's been in out of the shop since put in over 2k worth of work, when they sell you the car they unplug the battery and reset engine light but it will turn on guaranteed. They are not honest and will not bargain with you on a car that has hidden issues.

We got a 2011 chevrolet equinox from here. We almost left because they didn't want to give us the vehicle for the price we asked. After doing research I know for a fact that they still got a $3000 profit and I was ok with that, a business has to do their thing to stay in business. Well they claimed that they had just received the vehicle that same day and that it was clean no issues, so we believed them. Not even a week later and the check engine light came up we took it to auto zone and the catalytic converter was bad. I messaged the owners and they told me to take it to them and they would take care of it. So we did just that, a day later we pick it back up and the owner and his son both didn't even have the same lie of a story to tell us one said he paid a certain amount and took it to some mechanic the other said a different amount and another mechanic, this is when I knew they just connected the little check engine monitor and deleted the problem. They had told me that they would give me three days to either tell him we would buy a new catalytic converter and they would pay half or to just return the vehicle and get a refund. Well after 3 days the light came back on it's almost like they have done this before and that's why they said only 3 days so we let it go. After waiting almost 3 months for the licence plates we went back to pick them up and the owner again asked about the check engine light I told him it was back on and he told me infront of my father that he would still pay half for a new catalytic converter if we fixed it well a day or 2 later we found a shop and I messaged them, turns out that I became a liar and they said they never said they would pay half and that it was our problem now that they did what they said they did and that they don't lie to their customers. I mentioned that the owner told me again he would pay half the son told me he would call me back and now it has been 3 days and no call back but they claim they don't lie to their customers. I will never buy from them again and defenetly will not recommend this place to anyone. They lie just to make money.

I bought a 2013 Mazda 3 back in January and all I can say is, I'm happy with car, is been working great, since this is a pre-owned car I did a tune up. The price was right and no complains at all, I'm happy with my manual transmission' I definitely consider Kal next time that I'm in market for another car. Thank you Kal for our help.
