Staff is very friendly. Came here for alterations. Did the work and allowed me to pick up a bit earlier. Overall the prices seem a bit higher than normal for alterations. Work done was fine.

Mrs. Brendan Housman We will like to apology for the misunderstanding, according to our record show that, we make those alterations (5 months ago), apparently you werent happy with the alterations made, but you never let us know, we give to all our customers the guarantee in the alterations, if anything it is not the way they expected, feel free to come back so we can re-altered at no extra cost. About the prices seem like you paid the lower cost; our prices are in between, depending on how difficult on the alterations, we are more than happy to explain to our entire customer the breakout prices for each garment. Also, our prices are very clear on our web page and in the store. We are more than happy to take care of the issue you have with your garment, even it past five months, more than the guarantee time base in our policy, again apologize for any inconvenience. Came here to get 4 pairs of pants hemmed and 4 shirts altered almost entirely. 3 of the 4 shirts where made much too tight and short on the sleeve. 2 of the 4 pairs of pants were hemmed about 1 in. too high. Prices are too high (paid much more then listed price range) for such poor work.

I came for alterations for a pair of pants, 80 bucks, work properly done. I came one month later for two more pants (exact same alterations) and the guy asked me ... 360$ ... he did not get the job.
